I am a Masters level trained Dance Movement Psychotherapist registered with the Association for Dance Movement Psychotherapy (ADMP) UK, and on their list of approved Private Practitioners. As one of the newer Arts Psychotherapies, ADMP has recently been accepted as an Organisational Member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
In addition I have recently completed Intermediate level Systemic training at the University of Bath and am qualified at Systemic Practitioner level.
I have worked with children, adolescents and adults as a therapist in a number of diverse settings, including schools, nurseries, mental health daycare and outpatient settings, homelessness settings, and most recently, have gained specialist experience working in hospital settings for adults of all ages with an Eating Disorder diagnosis.
In addition to my private practice, I currently work at a leading private hospital group, facilitating Body Image therapy groups for inpatients with an Eating Disorder diagnosis, and 1:1 weekly Psychotherapy for outpatients with a range of mental health difficulties.
